“I have been using Arrow Heart Equine and Shanae's services for the past year to assist with my horses, and I have been consistently impressed with the results.

During this time, Shanae has started seven horses for me—two of which were retained, with the others prepared for sale. The horses have all returned well-educated, calm, and suitable for learner or nervous riders. The only exception was an Arabian mare whose training was concluded early, as it became clear she was not going to be suitable for our intended purpose and was too much horse for her nervous rider.

Every horse has come back looking fantastic—healthy, well-conditioned, with shiny coats and improved weight. It has also been wonderful to see the variety in their training, from roping off the Gypsy Cobs to working the dummy cow.

Most importantly, the horses have all developed calm, reliable temperaments, free from unwanted behaviours, with a clear understanding of what is being asked of them. The quality of their foundation training has been evident in every horse.

In addition to training, Shanae provides barefoot trimming for my horses, offers valuable advice on hoof care, and stocks excellent products. She has also guided me with my own riding—which may well have been her most challenging task!
